By accessing or purchasing from wearmyluxury.com (“WMLX”, “we”, “us”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The nature of our products

WMLX designs, produces and sells premium replica luxury goods — bags, footwear, small leather goods and accessories — inspired by the silhouettes of the great luxury houses. Our pieces are 1:1 handmade in workshops located in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, China, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by the original brands. They are replicas, honestly disclosed.

3. Trademarks and intellectual property

All brand names and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their use on WMLX is for descriptive purposes only, to identify the silhouette or style a piece emulates. WMLX does not claim ownership, licence or affiliation with any third-party brand. Any product listing, photograph or copy we publish is subject to our own copyright.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering you confirm that import of the item into your country is a matter you understand and accept. WMLX is not responsible for the decision of the buyer to import replica goods into any specific jurisdiction.

5. Orders and pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Prices, product availability and specifications may change without notice. An order is accepted only upon our confirmation email and receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion; in such a case the full amount paid is refunded.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, not to reproduce our content without permission, and not to misrepresent our products in resale as authentic.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WMLX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our registered operating entity is established. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith correspondence with [email protected].
