Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide, with concentrated expertise in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. Other destinations are available on request.
1. Transit times
Each piece undergoes final inspection in our Guangzhou or Shenzhen workshop before dispatch. Handling time is 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, typical international transit is:
- United States · Canada — 6–10 business days
- United Kingdom — 5–8 business days
- European Union — 5–10 business days
- Australia · New Zealand — 8–12 business days
- Elsewhere — by arrangement
2. Complimentary shipping
Orders of USD $500 or more ship complimentary. Below that, a modest flat rate applies at checkout by region.
3. Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number emailed to you at dispatch. You can follow the package from the logistics partner to your door.
4. Discreet packaging
Our standard outer packaging is neutral — plain boxes, no brand markings, no declared values that invite customs scrutiny. Inner packaging uses the dust bag and tissue appropriate to the piece.
5. Customs
Deliveries to our primary destinations (US, CA, UK, EU, AU) have a strong clearance record. In the rare event a package is held, returned or seized by customs, we will ship a replacement piece at 40% of the original price — the WMLX customs guarantee.
6. Address changes
Need to adjust the delivery address? Email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched we cannot redirect the package.
7. Lost packages
If a package is declared lost by the carrier, we reship a replacement at no cost to you within 14 business days of loss confirmation.
8. Duties & local taxes
Our shipments to the US, UK, EU, CA and AU typically clear without additional duty collection for the buyer. In the rare case local tax or duty is demanded at delivery, the recipient is responsible.
