We work with that craft directly. We do not sell you the authentic original — we make a replica to the same standard. 1:1 handmade. Faithful to the silhouette, the leather, the hardware, the stitching. Kelly, Birkin, Constance, Lindy, 24/24, Bearn, sneakers, and more. Any major house, any silhouette you like.

Every piece is inspected before it leaves the workshop — stitches counted, edges pressed, hardware tested. If anything arrives wrong, we make it right. That is our one non-negotiable.
The leather lexicon
Five hands, five characters.
A brief field guide to the leathers our workshops work with. Each has a grain, a memory, a way of receiving pigment — we pick per piece, per purpose.
Clemence
Soft, pebbled baby-bull leather. Slouches gracefully with age, deepens in tone. Favoured for the Lindy and the Picotin.
Evercolor
Smooth aniline calf with a protective finish. Lightweight, water-repellent, steady in colour. The 24/24 lives in this leather.
Togo
Calfskin with pronounced grain and supple hand. Forgiving, classic, almost impossible to tire of. Suits Birkins and larger Kellys.
Alligator
Shiny or matte Mississipiensis scales. Rare, ceremonial, built for a piece you carry once a week forever.

What exactly am I buying?
A 1:1 handmade reproduction of a luxury silhouette — Kelly, Birkin, Constance, Lindy, McQueen sneaker, Bearn wallet, and more. Real leathers (Epsom, Togo, Clemence, Evercolor, Swift), hardware-weighted, hand-stitched, finished to the same standard the originals are made to. Not the authentic original. Not a cheap imitation. A meticulously made replica, honestly disclosed.
Where are they produced?
In workshops in Guangzhou and Shenzhen — the heart of the world's luxury supply chain. Many of the leathers, hardware, and techniques used by the great houses trace to this same region. We work inside that network, not around it.
How do you inspect every piece?
Before any order leaves the workshop, a trained inspector checks the stitch count, edge paint, hardware alignment, leather consistency, zipper function, and overall symmetry. If any point fails, the piece is reworked or rejected. Nothing ships unless it is right.
Is shipping discreet? What about customs?
All orders ship tracked, in neutral packaging with no brand markings on the outside. Our primary destinations — United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia — have seen thousands of successful deliveries. In the rare case an order is held or lost, our concierge works with you directly to reship or refund.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to open a return for exchange or refund, provided the piece is unused and in original condition. Any defect we caused, we cover. See the Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
Do you make brands beyond Hermès?
Yes. Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Prada, Bottega Veneta, Alexander McQueen, Golden Goose, Christian Louboutin, Valentino, Versace and more are all within our workshop capability.
